Anybody want to make hand turkeys?

Tis the season for everybody to come back home and I am so thankful! Here are some of my Thanksgiving plans:
1. Linner (late lunch/early dinner) with Cristina today!
2. Black Wednesday tomorrow. I was unaware that the night before Thanksgiving was a huge day to go out. I've got a lot of catching up to do.
3. Thanksgiving Thursday of course! About to go h.a.m. on all the food at Momae's. Also I'm going to contribute some pumpkin cheesecake muffins as well.
4. Twilight Friday with Lezlee and Justin. No shopping will be done whatsoever. I did it maybe twice and that is more then enough to last me a lifetime.
5. Saturday and Sunday afternoon are still open to anyone that is interested! Anybody want to make hand turkeys?
I'm most thankful for you!

Things I'm excited about today!

Hello again!
Today I'm excited about so many things I've decided to number them for you. And away we go:
1. Drake's c.d. comes out today! Maybe it won't be as depressing as the last one, but hopefully just as good.
2. Childish Gambino's first record label c.d. also comes out today! I'm excited to Camp : )
3. Chips and salsa in the office. It is so good!
4. I'm definitely going to bake something tonight. Probably those pumpkin bars I was supposed to bake last week.
5. Peanut M&M's. Nuff said.
6. Still obsessed with this Elle Varner song featuring J. Cole, so just in case you didn't catch it on my facebook page here it is again: http:

Blackout (or we like to call it Monon 2011)

Memorable Monon Moments 2011:
1. Casa Grande beer tower
2. Shan's amazing birthday gift to me (a dress, a vintage photo, True Blood c.d.'s, nail polish, and Gusher's lipgloss)
3. Chalkboard mason jars
4. A girl with no shoes on at a frat, which led me to realize that I'm too old to go into frats.
5. Raspberry beer (it's gross)
6. The absolute ridiculousness of the Duck and Hoods.
7. Marv's
8. "Is it illegal to punch a girl in a wheelchair?"
9. Slumber party
10. Day drinking (there was nothing memorable about the game so we are just going to skip that!)
11. Tailgating
12. Cheese fries at the Duck
13. Nap-time
14. Night-time drinking
15. More Marv's
16. More Duck craziness
17. Midnight pancake breakfast
18. Walking across a windy campus with said pancakes
19. Seeing everybody that I absolutely am head over heels in love with.
It was a great weekend and I would like to go back. Now please.

Recipe Flow.

I'm in a baking mood! And now since I have an entire beautiful kitchen to myself I'm about to give ya'll a list of what is on deck for this month.
1. Peanut butter Snicker brownies: Well I actually already did these and they were delicious!
2. Coffee walnut smoothie: It sounded intriguing so I want to try it. Do you think it's too cold for smoothies though? This one might have to wait until the spring.
3. Olive-oil pumpkin bread: Tis the season for pumpkin inspired dishes and I couldn't be more excited!
4. Pumpkin cheesecake muffins: Pumpkin and cream cheese?! I literally can't wait to bake these!
5. Pumpkin bars: I'm actually probably going to try this tonight so get ready!
I'm beyond ready to get in my kitchen and bake all these treats. Feel free to stop by and if I like you I may even offer you some cider as well.

Falling for fall.

Hello!
I can't believe I haven't written since the summer. As always there have been many changes. I'm 23 now (my Jordon year has begun!) and its been wonderful! I'm loving my internship and selling knives. Intern all day, sell knives all night. I still maintain that sounds like the worst super-hero ever, but bright side, it does sound like a super-hero.
I sound like Sophia Bush, because something is going on with my throat that makes it sound like I smoke a pack a day, but I'm not mad at it. Sophia Bush has the best voice (and now I want to go curl up and watch One Tree Hill all day. Apparently it is streaming on Netflix, thanks so much for that info Shan!).
I'm going back to school in about a week. I'm so excited for Monon, and to see all my wonderful friends that I've missed so much! It's going to be a great weekend. But they've closed the Monon, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do for breakfast that Sunday before I leave. I was counting on those smothered hash browns to get me through.
Oh, I may be moving soon! My parents have finally decided to kick me out. I'll be literally five minutes away living with my Momame, so not a big deal, but this may be the beginning of the end of living with my parents. I hate to see it end, but it must.
And finally I got my fall crushes in order so stay tuned for (hopefully) some exciting updates with them. I will be sipping some cider by the fireside with someone this fall!
